Mr. Rahul Dhandhania

Chartered Accountant with 20+ years of experience with infrastructure at its nucleus.

He has worked in the infra sector starting from financial modelling, analysis of concession agreements, bid–advisory, debt arrangement, compliance with authority and financing partner during execution, post-completion monetization, and compliance related to ownership transfer.

Mr. Sarwan Poddar

Chartered Accountant & Company Secretary with nearing 2-decade exposure in business advisory with specialization in debt mobilization and pre & post disbursement compliances.

With a client-centric approach and keen business understanding, he has been active in debt advisory for nearly 2 decades. He has exposure to diversified sectors with an expert understanding of each sector.

Mr. Rahul Fatehpuria

Chartered Accountant with 20+ years of experience in decoding agreements and financial modelling

His strength has been his unwavering commitment and flawless execution. With a seasoned track record in bid-advisory in the infrastructure space with a specialization in roads, he strengthens the overall team synergy.

He has superannuated from senior management in the public sector with more than 3-decade experience with preponderance of tenure in corporate credit.

Qualified as an Economics graduate & CAIIB, he brings in-depth knowledge of credit underwriting to the team.

Mr. Sashi Ranjan

Chartered Accountant with 18+ years of experience in project finance & development, he extends core strength to the team, especially in execution.

He has been associated with Key Infra players in his career span which upscales our execution capabilities. With an unfaltering zeal to learn along with target-focused delivery, he augments the execution capability of the firm.

Mr. Sonal Rao

Qualified CA with nearly a decade of experience in debt advisory with exposure across the spectrum.

He is currently spearheading the NCR region and anchoring overall relationship with patrons. With his customer-centric approach, he has been successful in fostering the patrons’ trust and patronage. With a sincere go-getter approach, he has many milestones that are yet to be achieved.

Mr. Ronak Thawani

Chartered Accountant with more than 3 years of experience in corporate finance in large corporate vertical.

His previous association was majorly in Banking, wherein he was a key block of the chain for marque transactions in real estate, NBFC, manufacturing, telecom, and electricity.

Mr. Umang Biyani

Chartered Accountant with experience in corporate finance and zeal to learn across project lifecycles, he inculcates the agility factor to the team.

His investigative and hard-working aptitude infuses robustness into the team for timely delivery.

Mr. Kunnj Ladiaa

Chartered Accountant with 24+ years of experience in Transaction Advisory, Bid Advisory, Project Finance, Securitization and Treasury Management. Have worked on Modelling / Financing for diversified infrastructure verticals i.e. Highways. Mining, Energy, Smart Meters etc. With his diversified work experience he is capable to decode complex structure for diversified participation.

Mr. Vijay Harlalka

With over 20 years of experience in Retail Finance Business. He has been instrumental in Retail BD and execution in Eastern India. With his proven Interpersonal skill he has been active in the market for nearing 2 decades and have been trusted partner for his clientele and partners.

Mr. Ajoy Varma

MBA by Qualification and enriched experience in Real Estate, Mr. Varma has developed niche in the sector. He have worked across the spectrum of Real Estate right from acquisition, partnering, financing, sales and other post services. With deep dive understanding in the sector and receptive communication skill he has been associated as allrounder from Business Development to Business Execution.

Mr. Partha Pratim Chaudhury

B.Tech (Civil) Engineer & Diploma in Business and Postgraduate in Infrastructure Management with 30+ years of experience and serving at senior managerial posts. Mr. Chaudhury spearheads our technical vertical.

He brings in experience in the infrastructure sector, that spans across over 3 decades.

Mr. Amitabh Datta

A Civil Engineer with 47+ years of experience in various civil engineering projects, especially railway & road bridges, highways, flyovers, metro railways (both over and underground), water resources, integrated urban infrastructure development projects, airports, industrial and sports complexes, ports and harbour structures, commercial complexes etc. both in India and abroad.

He has domain expertise in design, contract administration and project management consultancy.

Mr. Amit Kumar Chakraborty

M.Tech (Civil) with an experience of 40+ years and part of complex infra projects like metro railways, highways, bridges, flyovers, expressways, tunnels, dams, hydroelectric power plants, transmission towers and others during his association with M. N. Dastur & Co., STUP Consultants and others.

He was a key member of the design team for Delhi and Kolkata metro railway networks.
